Sacraments

The Catholic Catechism teaches us that Christ instituted the sacraments of the new law, and through them His presence is manifest in the Gathered Community of the Church. There are seven sacraments: Baptism, Confirmation (or Chrismation), the Eucharist, Penance, the Anointing of the Sick, Holy Orders and Matrimony. the seven sacraments touch all the stages and all the important moments of Christian life: they give birth and increase, healing and empowerment to the Christian's life of faith. There is thus a certain resemblance between the stages of natural life and the stages of the spiritual life.

You will find further information about the sacraments offered on the subsequent pages.

Alternatively join us for Mass where we celebrate the Eucharist which occupies a unique place as the "Sacrament of sacraments", after which the priest would be happy to explore any questions you may have.
